VFX students Michaela Hýbelová, Erik Oslanec, Patrik Maryniak, Marián Valovič as part of the VFX Top Team grant took part in the BFI London Film Festival on October 12-16, 2019.

The BFI (British Film Institute) film festival, which takes place every year and presents important film works from all over the world, does not lack interviews with the creators or discussions. On the very first day, the students watched the new film "Two Popes", followed by the films "Le Mans 66", which featured DOP Phedon Papamichael, who also had a masterclass at the Academy of Performing Arts, the Japanese film "First Love" and many others.
Martin Scorsese's latest film, "Irishman", also premiered at the festival.
This journey has inspired students to advance in the field they are studying.
