On 15.12. 2017, starting at 15.00, a meeting of students, graduates and supporters of AVFX took place. After a one-year break, the event took place again in the common areas of the Film Faculty, while in the school lobby, in addition to AVFX, the Directing and Sound Studio prepared their Christmas Cabbage Party. In addition, the Cabbage Party of the Animation Studio, the Department of Production and the Screenwriting Studio took place in the premises of other floors.
AVFX students have traditionally prepared a surprise Fair attraction and, similar to previous years, a technological surprise.
The main program was virtual reality realized with virtual glasses. In virtual reality, 3D models created by 2nd year students were demonstrated, as well as spatial drawing and available 3D virtual games and spaces.
Guests of virtual reality included, among others, doc. Jozef Paštéka, prof. Ján Ďuriš, doc. Dušan Trančík, prof. Jelena Pštéková, prof. Martin Šulík, doc. Pavol Korec, Mgr. art. Róbert Šveda, ArtD. and many others.
The virtual space was accompanied by Mgr. Art. Marián Villaris and 1st and 2nd year students.
The 4th grade students were praised for the best cabbage soup. :-)
